2. Research-use only disclaimer

All products offered on peptoluxlabs.com are intended exclusively for scientific and laboratory research purposes. They are not approved by any regulatory authority for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, or treatment of any condition. By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional over 18 years of age and that the products will not be used for human or animal consumption.

3. Orders and payment

• All orders are accepted subject to availability and our review.
• Payment is by SEPA/IBAN bank transfer. IBAN details are sent by email after order confirmation. Orders ship the same business day payment is received.
• Prices are shown in EUR and include all applicable taxes within the EU.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Shipping

We ship to Germany, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, and other EU countries. Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days after payment. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and vary by country. Orders over €150 receive free shipping.

5. Liability

Peptolux Labs is not liable for any use of products outside their intended scientific research context. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the order.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, product data) is owned by Peptolux Labs or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in the member state where Peptolux Labs is established.
