Who are Peptolux Labs products for?+
Our products are sold exclusively to qualified researchers and laboratory professionals for scientific research. They are not approved for human or veterinary consumption.
What purity do you guarantee?+
Every batch is tested by HPLC and mass spectrometry to confirm ≥98% purity. Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is available on request.
How do I pay?+
SEPA/IBAN bank transfer only. After you place your order, we email the IBAN, BIC, and a unique payment reference. We do not accept credit cards, PayPal, or cash on delivery.
When will my order ship?+
We ship the same business day we receive your bank transfer. SEPA transfers usually clear within 1–2 business days.
How long does delivery take?+
3–7 business days depending on destination country (Germany, Spain, Italy, UK, and other EU). Tracking provided.
What are the shipping rates?+
Flat per-country rates shown at checkout. Orders over €150 ship free. See the Shipping & Payment page for full details.
Do you ship to my country?+
We ship to Germany, Spain, Italy, the UK, and other EU countries. If you are outside these, contact us and we will see what we can do.
How should I store peptides?+
Store lyophilized peptides at -20°C in a dry, dark place. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within the recommended period. Check each product page for specifics.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@peptoluxlabs.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.
Can I return an order?+
Under EU law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, except for sealed research peptides once the seal is broken (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU). See our Returns Policy for details.
