Returns Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason — except where the product is a sealed research peptide that has been unsealed after delivery (see section 3).

2. How to return

1. Email info@peptoluxlabs.com with your order reference (PXL-xxxxxx) within 14 days of delivery.
2. We'll reply with return shipping instructions within 2 business days.
3. Ship the product back in its original, unopened, and unsealed packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
4. Once we receive and verify the returned product, we'll refund the purchase price (excluding shipping) to your original IBAN within 14 business days.

3. Products excluded from withdrawal

For health protection and integrity reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed research peptides once the seal has been broken after delivery. This is in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

4. Damaged or incorrect items

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.

5. Non-refundable items

• Products with broken seals (per section 3).
• Products returned after 14 days.
• Products not in their original packaging.
