Payment
We accept SEPA/IBAN bank transfer only. After you place an order, you receive an email with the IBAN, BIC, and a unique payment reference. Include the reference in your transfer so we can match it to your order.
We do not accept credit cards, PayPal, or cash on delivery. This keeps our pricing competitive and our payment infrastructure simple.
Dispatch timeline

- You send the transfer (usually 1–2 business days for SEPA).
- We receive the payment — your order ships the same business day.

Cold-chain
All temperature-sensitive peptides ship with cold-pack insulation. Pack integrity is verified before dispatch.
