What is TB-500?

TB-500 is a synthetic peptide representing the active fragment of the natural protein Thymosin Beta-4 (Tβ4), which is produced in every cell of the human body. Thymosin Beta-4 is a key regulator of cell migration and tissue regeneration.

TB-500 is the second most popular recovery peptide after BPC-157, and the two are often combined for a synergistic effect.

How it works

It stimulates the migration of endothelial cells and keratinocytes to the area of injury, a key process in wound healing and tissue regeneration.

It supports angiogenesis, meaning the formation of new blood vessels for an improved blood supply to damaged tissues.

It reduces inflammatory markers and pro-inflammatory cytokines, which relieves pain and swelling.

It regulates actin, a key structural protein for cell motility and muscle contraction.

How it is administered

A subcutaneous injection 3 times a week into the abdomen, thigh or shoulder. Starting dose: 0.5–1.0 mg per injection.

5 mg vial: 300 units × 17 µg. 10 mg vial: 300 units × 33.3 µg.

Typical course: a loading phase of 4–6 weeks, followed by a maintenance dose.

For optimal results in injury recovery, TB-500 is often combined with BPC-157.
