BPC-157 + TB-500

What is BPC-157 + TB-500?

This is a combination of the two most widely used recovery peptides in one vial, with 5 mg of each.

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic peptide of 15 amino acids derived from a protein found in human gastric juice. Unlike most peptides, it is stable in an acidic environment and does not break down in the stomach.

TB-500 is the active fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, a protein produced in every cell of the human body and involved in building and repairing tissues.

The two are often combined because they act through different pathways and complement rather than duplicate each other.

How it works

BPC-157 acts primarily on the formation of new tissue. It stimulates the formation of new blood vessels in the damaged area and increases growth factors (EGF, HGF, VEGF) that are key to the regeneration of muscles, tendons, ligaments and bones. It also acts on the gastric mucosa.

TB-500 acts primarily on mobility and inflammation. It moves cells towards the damaged area, reduces inflammatory markers, which relieves pain and swelling, and regulates actin, the structural protein involved in cell movement and muscle contraction.

Both improve the blood supply in the damaged area. From there, BPC-157 builds, while TB-500 clears and mobilises.

How it is administered

BPC-157: 0.40 to 0.50 mg subcutaneously, once daily. TB-500: 0.5 to 1.0 mg subcutaneously, three times a week.

Inject into the abdomen, thigh or shoulder, rotating the sites. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water.

The vials contain 5 mg, meaning 300 units of 17 µg. For a dose of 0.50 mg, use 29 units.

Typical course: 4 to 6 weeks.
